Cancellation Policy

At HappyOuting, we aim to provide a smooth travel experience. However, if plans change, the following cancellation and refund terms will apply.



1. Cancellation by Customer

  • All cancellations must be requested in writing via Email or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellation charges will be applicable based on the time of cancellation:

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
  • The refundable amount will be calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as a credit note, as agreed.

3. Non-Refundable Components

The following are non-refundable once booked:

  • Flight/train tickets
  • Visa fees, permits, and entry tickets
  • Hotel bookings under non-refundable plans
  • Adventure activities and special event bookings
  • Any third-party services with strict cancellation policies

4. Cancellation by HappyOuting

In rare situations (natural disasters, political issues, road blocks, or other unforeseen circumstances):

  • HappyOuting reserves the right to cancel or modify the trip.
  • Customers will be offered:

    • Alternative travel dates, or
    • A refund (excluding non-refundable third-party costs)

5. Rescheduling / Amendments

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply based on hotel, transport, or seasonal price differences.
  • Any increase in cost must be borne by the customer.

6. No Show Policy

  • Failure to report on time at the departure point or hotel will be treated as a No Show.
  • No refund will be provided in such cases.

7. Important Notes

  • Peak season bookings may have stricter cancellation terms.
  • Refund eligibility depends on third-party service providers (hotels, transport, etc.).
  • Early cancellation is recommended to minimize charges.
